Most companies that source in Asia do not realize the extent of the fees charged by their agent. In many instances you may be doing your business with an agent and not even realize it. I-Con’s mission is to cut out the back door deals and get you the best bottom line price that is out there for your commodity. We can do this by putting you directly in touch with the factory, helping you set up your own Registered Representative Office (RRO) for your business or lending you our local expertise and advise needed get you the best deals.
Another issue raised by our clients is that in many cases communication with Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean or other Asian agents or company representatives are difficult at best. Resources are wasted by missed queues, lack of good communication and problems in understanding written and oral instructions given in English.
